I love candles as much as the next girl, potentially even more so.
They are the one thing I always think is worth buying, even if I already have plenty at home.
So I'm obviously aware that Home Bargains has an impressive range of candles that are often compared to the expensive Yankee Candle.
I've been a fan of the Wickford & Co candles for quite some time, the large ones costing just £2.99 and boasting an impressive 95 hours of burn time.
While they do also have smaller sizes, including tealights, my go to is the large jars that look awfully similar to Yankee.
There are three Christmas scents and one of them is a past favourite of mine.
Gingerbread is warm and sweet - it impressively fills a room with it's scent that can even follow you around the house.
Every winter my cousin has Gingerbread candles constantly on the go at his desk and it makes the entire house smell sweet and delicious.
It's a warming smell that I can't get enough of that can overtake the coveted number one spot normally held by vanilla candles.
I really like this candle and the fact that you can get it for under £3 absolutely sweetens the deal.

Mulled Wine is perfect if you're a fan of fruity smells.
It will fill your whole room so you have to like the fruitiness, but I think it's great.
It smells like Christmas in a way that I love of a December, instantly transporting you to Christmas markets as you snuggle up under a blanket.
This is a great lounge candle and will be perfect lit alongside your favourite Christmas movies.

Warm Apple and Cinnamon honestly reminds me of air freshener, I think the scent is thrown at everything around Christmastime and this is what the advent period smells like to me.
It's warm and spicy, although I don't think it smells like an apple pie as the image suggests.
This is great for homes where you like for it to feel like Christmas, if you're big on Christmas trees I think you will love this.
