Hollywood actress Hilary Swank has announced that she is pregnant with twins.
The PS: I Love You actress, 48, dropped her baby bombshell on Wednesday as she joyfully revealed that she and her husband Phillip Schneider are set to welcome twins after dreaming about it 'for a long time'.
During an appearance on Good Morning America, Hilary shared her happy news.
"This is something that I've been wanting for a long time and my next thing is I'm gonna be a mom," she gushed.
"And not just of one, but of two. I can't believe it. It's so nice to be able to talk about it and share it. It's far enough along that I can share it. And I am sharing it right now for the first time."
Hilary later appeared on Live with Kelly and Ryan where she spoke about becoming a mother for the first time.
"I'm feeling great right now, even with the time you know, I'm on Pacific time, so I'm a little cross-eyed with that. But I'm feeling good right now.
"My clothes started not to fit so I had to, the other day... cut [my jeans] open. And then I put a jacket on that wasn't in continuity.
"And [they] came and said, 'That's not in continuity.' I said, 'Oh, I think it works.' 'It doesn't.' 'No, it does. I'm going to make it work.' She's like, 'If you're an executive producer, you can do it, but this is weird'."
Hilary confirmed that she is currently in the second trimester of her pregnancy.
The Boys Don't Cry actress described her pregnancy at 48 as a 'miracle' as she looks ahead to being a first-time mum.
Hilary tied the knot with husband Phillip in 2018 in a secret ceremony in Carmel, California.
The actress was previously married to actor and director Chad Lowe in 1997.
The pair divorced in 2007 after 10 years of marriage.
