Hollyoaks star Stephanie Davis has shared her devastation following the death of her nan.
Stephanie, 29, said she was still in shock after her loss and has paid tribute to her "fantastic nan".
The actress shared a series of sweet videos of her Grandma Mary on Instagram, including Stephanie and her mum singing to Mary in hospital, and a picture of the pair holding hands.
In a moving tribute, Stephanie, who played Sinead O'Connor in Hollyoaks, said: "It’s with a broken heart to say my Beautiful Nanna Mary our Queen has gone to be with her love in heaven.
"It’s been a horrendous time and it’s not quite sunk in that she’s gone I still feel in shock. She was a fantastic nan and and brought us all so much joy and laughter with her infectious laugh.
Stephanie said she was grateful for all the times she shared with her nan, and the "beautiful upbringing you gave us grandkids", with "memories I’ll cherish forever."
The soap star, who played Sinead between 2010 and 2016, went on: "It panics me to think I’ll never see you again, but I keep telling my self I’ll see you again In heaven and I know your with my grandad now."
Stephanie, who is in a relationship with Joe McKalroy, said: "I’m so happy you seen me happy and loved by joe before you left knowing I’d found happiness which is what you always wanted for me.
Finishing the post, the mum-of-one wrote: "I’ll miss our laughs, god you made me belly laugh and our talks and your contagious laugh. Good night and god bless my beautiful Angel. I’ll love you forever… until we meet again…."
Friends and followers were quick to rush to support Steph, with one person writing: "Thinking of you all @stephaniedavis88 sending you and your family lots of love," followed by a row of love heart emojis.
Another person said: "Oh Steph, I am so sorry [broken love heart emoji] thinking of you all and sending you all lots of love and strength [two love heart emojis]."
Stephanie's loss comes months after she announced she had suffered a miscarriage almost three months into her pregnancy, causing herself and Joe heartbreak and anxiety.
The Over the Rainbow alum said that she and partner Joe had been "so excited" by the pregnancy, adding: "[We] already had visioned and planned a life with our family of 4."
Stephanie – who had also tragically suffered a miscarriage last year during a previous relationship – said that she had already been considering plans for a baby shower.
The actress, in an announcement on Instagram in July said she couldn't have got through the ordeal "without my absolute rock, Joe", and she loved him more "every day".
The actor concluded by assuring her followers: "We are ok and we have got through it all as a family. One day we will expand our little family when the time is right."
