Hollyoaks star Callum Kerr has reportedly split with his fiancée Olivia Anderson less than a year after they got engaged.
The 28-year-old appears to have removed all snaps of her from his Instagram profile with a source claiming the breakup was "painful for them both."
Callum played PC George Kiss on the Channel 4 soap between January 2020 and May 2021.
He first met his girlfriend Olivia in her home town of Austin, Texas in 2016, before travelling back and fourth to the US so he could see her.
Olivia grew up an hour away from the capital of Texas and Callum said the pair bonded over their mutual love of travelling.
She moved to the UK to be with Callum, but earlier this year the pair both moved to Austin.
But this week an insider reportedly said : "Sadly things haven't worked out between Callum and Olivia and they have called it quits. It's been painful for both of them."
Mirror Online has contacted a representative of Callum for a response.
In November last year the actor posted a photo on his Instagram page to reveal the happy news with Olivia holding her hand over his mouth to show off her huge diamond ring.
He captioned the pic: "Bout last night @imolivialauren."
Callum's followers took to the comments to congratulate the happy couple.
One person wrote: "Mate I’m so happy for you. Congrats to you both."
A second said: "Ahhh gorgeous congrats you two," as another added: "Congratulationsssss to you both!!!"
A fourth commented: "Ajansjkssndbisna!!!!! I’ve been waiting for this post!"
Callum's Hollyoaks character had a messy end when he was murdered following a year-long coercive control storyline.
Fans couldn't believe it when PC George abused his boyfriend, and he was actually the villain of the village.
Callum has said before that he wants to continue his acting career in the US.
He previously said : "Working on Glow and Darkness with some huge American names is a good start to doing a few more international projects.
"But it's also important to stay authentic and hopefully there's a lot of work in the UK as well because there's some great projects, amazing people and great shows and films coming out.
"It's always good to have an excuse to visit home as well so if I could work it out to be fifty per cent here and fifty per cent back home that would be perfect."
Callum will appear in Fox's Monarch alongside the likes of Susan Sarandon, Anna Friel, Trace Adkins and Beth Ditto.
The show is a musical drama which focuses on America's first family of country music, the Romans.
Callum will be playing an up and coming country singer who is also the son of a pastor called Wade Stellings.
The actor spoke last year about departing Hollyoaks and explained what his future plans would be.
He told Digital Spy : "I'm going to continue to act. I've always done music as well, so I'll continue acting, doing music, and trying to stay creative.
"I can't say much yet, but I'll be popping up here and there. Anything that I'll be involved in, I'll post about on social media, so that's where you can keep up with everything."
