Hollyoaks stars Owen Warner and Jemma Donovan made their first appearance as a confirmed couple at the British Soap Awards tonight.
The pair attended the red carpet together looking absolutely smitten after they confirmed they were together last month after heading off on holiday together in Morocco.
The pair play on-screen couple Romeo Nightingale and Rayne Royce in the Channel 4 soap and attended the British Soap Awards alongside their fellow cast and crew.
Cosying up together, Owen looked every inch the dapper actor in a dark red velvet tuxedo jacket to compliment Jemma's strappy red dress which hugged her slim figure.
The couple set the rumour mill into overdrive after being linked over the past few months before confirming they were dating.
In an interview with The Sun, Owen joked that it was Jemma who made the first move as he joked: "Jemma kept messaging me and messaging and asking me to go on dates and then I just gave in."
He then revealed the truth of their budding romance: "Ahhh seriously though it took me a while to pluck up the courage to ask her out.
"I’ve just been on holiday with her family they are all amazing."
The couple also drove fans wild last month when Owen posted a fake proposal video to social media as the pair holidayed in Mallorca with Jenna's family.
Jemma, whose father is Neighbours star Jason Donovan, could be seen in snaps on Owen's social media as well as a video where she's seen embracing Owen and admiring the view.
A shocked Jemma is then seen gasping as Owen drops to one knee in the classic marriage proposal stance before it was all later revealed to be a prank. Owen captioned the post: "She’s still not forgiven me for that one."
The pair initially sparked rumours they were dating in March when Jemma shared a snap of herself cuddling up to Owen on her 23rd birthday. The pair have since holidayed in Mallorca with Jemma's family where Owen reportedly received the "seal of approval" from Jemma's family.
Speaking to The Sun, a source revealed: "Owen seems to have gotten the Donovan family seal of approval after they started following him on Instagram ahead of the trip."
