Hollyoaks' Nadine Mulkerrin cradled her beautiful baby bump despite some fans thinking she'd already given birth.
The actress, 28, who plays Cleo McQueen in the Channel 4 soap is pregnant with her second child.
Sharing a pic of her sporting a floral dress and Mulberry bag, Nadine posed up a storm standing in front of a suitcase.
The actress, who is in a relationship with her co-star Rory Douglas-Speed, captioned the snap: "Baby in the Big City."
Fans flocked to Instagram to tell the mum-to-be how good she looked, with one posting: "Beautiful bump" while another gushed: "Mamaaaa Amazing".
However some of Nadine's followers were confused after she'd shared pic of her holding a newborn baby just days earlier.
The actress posted a snap of her holding an adorable tot, who was wrapped up in a white shawl.
Nadine's fans flocked to congratulate her, thinking she'd given birth.
One said: "Beautiful didn't know you had baby yet congratulations."
However in a real comedy of errors, other fans set the story straight.
One said: "So awkward this is ! it IS NOT her baby guys x."
While another was slightly more critical, quipping: "You would like to think that the people who follow you are genuine fans. But the fact they don’t even realise this is not your baby is beggars belief lol. So embarrassing."
Thankfully Nadine stepped in before she was inundated with congratulatory messages, replying: "Guys this is my niece im still over here heavily pregnant lol."
Nadine is in fact due in May when her son Reggie, three, will meet his little brother or sister.
The little boy's parents met on the set of Hollyoaks in a case of life imitating art.
Their characters - Joel Dexter and Cleo - got married themselves on the Chester-based soap and Rory followed suit months later with his own proposal.
"It was terrifying. I felt like I was on my knee for an eternity and I remember saying: ‘Go on, just say something!'" he joked to OK! magazine.
"I felt that she was always going to say yes because we always have a laugh about it, but in that moment when I was on my knee I thought, she’s saying no!"
Nadine gave birth Reggie in October 2019, with his proud parents sharing the news on social media.
"Welcome to the family wee Reggie Speed 15.8.19," Rory wrote at the time
"We love You man. So proud of Nadine, I didn't think I could love her anymore but my heart is bloody bursting! She was amazing throughout her labour. Women are seriously Superhuman x."
