Holly Willoughby is said to have made a swift exit from this year's National Television Awards, leaving before the ceremony had come to an end.
The This Morning presenter, 41, and co-host Phillip Schofield are well known to have enjoyed an afterparty tipple in the past and have presented their morning-after show hungover on a number of occasions - much to the delight of viewers.
However, despite winning the NTA for Best Daytime Show for the fifth year in a row at the OVO Arena in London, it appears as though the blonde beauty was in no mood to celebrate with a boozy night on the tiles.
According to The Sun she was spotted heading for the exit in her beautiful black gown before the final award after receiving a mixed reaction to her win.
An onlooker told the publication: "Holly picked up her award for Best Daytime and then left 30 minutes after. Normally she stays around for a drink with Phil and the team but she did an Irish exit.
"She was seen leaving the ceremony and getting into a car outside just after 10pm."
Holly and Phil, 60, appeared to receive a frosty reception from the audience at the event when they were named the award winners. Among those seemingly less than impressed by the pair were the group from Loose Women. Panelist Linda Robson looked like she refused to clap their accolade and remained stone faced as the camera caught her reaction to the win.
And there were even said to be be jeers from the crowd amid the on-going fallout from Queue-gate, which saw Holly and Phil criticised for jumping the line to see the Queen lying in state.
Another source in the audience told the outlet: "The boos in the room were very loud when Holly and Phil were announced as the winners."
While they weren't clear on-screen, some viewers also picked up on the incident, taking to Twitter to question what had happened.
One who claimed to have been in attendance tweeted: "#ThisMorning got a LOT of boos. Don't let itv fool you! #NTAs #NTAs2022."
Another asked their followers: "was that a few boos for Phil and Holly? #NTAs2022."
Both Holly and Phil were very thankful to those who voted for them to win the award and during their acceptance speech, Phil said the pair "don't ever feel like [they] get complacent" over their NTAs wins.
Holly added to the viewers at home: " Thank you so much for everything... You make our show for us, you really do."
The Mirror has contacted Holly's representatives for comment.
