Holly Willoughby braves the cold in a skin tight jumpsuit as she promotes her new BBC show Freeze the Fear.
The 41-year-old presenter placed her hands on her hips as she flaunted her incredible figure in the snow suit.
The all-in-one had a belt that showed off her waist and Holly added an aubergine bobble hat.
She kept her toes toasty in a pair of fluffy snow boots and wore a pair of black gloves.
"Not long now until #freezethefear begins on @bbc 1…. See you with @iceman_hof Lee Mack and our fantastic gang of celebs," she captioned the snap.
The new BBC show follows eight celebrities as they embrace life in the Italian mountains in sub zero temperatures.
The programme was born from Holly's fascination by Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete Wim Hof, who believes that breathing exercises and cold water therapy can boost the immune system.
Her husband Dan Baldwin was also sold on the idea and is producing the show.
Viewers will watch the celebrities be pushed to their limits by 'The Iceman' Wim, who is now one of the biggest names in the wellness space.
He has set Guinness World Records for swimming under ice and previously held the record for a barefoot marathon on ice and snow.
He claims he is able to achieve these super human challenges through his self-titled Wim Hof Method, which is a combination of meditation, cold exposure and meditation.
He said it helped him after he lost his wife to suicide when she was just 35 years old.
The show will follow the journeys of Strictly’s Dianne Buswell, rapper Professor Green, Patrice Evra, Gabby Logan, opera singer Alfie Boe, actress Tamzin Outhwaite, weatherman Owain Wyn Evans, and Chelcee Grimes.
But despite prancing around in the snow and doing headstands, she admitted that she had a few tricks for keeping the cold at bay.
"It was freezing, some days, it was minus five or six. I had heat packs in every layer of my ski suit possible. I know, poor old me."
The show, which starts on tonight will see the contestants jump through ice and abseil down a cliff.
Worlds away from ice diving and minus temperatures, a clip from her 2000 acting debut resurfaced recently.
