Holly Willoughby shared some self-care advice after her former co-host Phillip Schofield is said to be 'broken' following his departure from This Morning.
The 61-year-old stepped down from the show he's fronted for more than 20 years after reports of a bitter feud with Holly, 42.
The Wylde Moon guru told Phil the 'sofa wouldn't feel the same without him' in a short statement on Saturday - before giving her followers some tips for a 'Self Love Sunday'.
Sharing an image of a candle, face mask, journal and bubble bath, Holly advised her fans to: "Get out and clear your head" before suggesting they 'spritz their favourite perfume.'
The mum-of-three's post on her wellness site comes after reports she's 'relieved 'the drama surrounding her reported fall-out with Phil is nearing an end following his departure.
However, Phil is reportedly "broken" after leaving the 'show he loves'.
A source told The Sun : "He thinks the way he was forced to step down was so unjust and he feels completely broken by how this situation has been handled.
"This Morning was Phil’s life and now he feels he has been knifed without proper consultation."
Phil made no mention of Holly when he announced he'd quit This Morning with immediate effect, saying he lamented the fact show "has become the story” adding: “I understand ITV has decided the current situation can’t go on."
However, Holly did mention her former co-host in an Instagram post - with a pink heart - as soon as he quit, writing: "It's been over 13 great years presenting This Morning with Phil and I want to take this opportunity to thank him for all of his knowledge, his experience and his humour. The sofa won’t feel the same without him."
The wife of TV producer Dan Baldwin is now said to be keen to revamp This Morning with a new co-host - and has several options to choose from.
Even before Phil stepped down on Saturday, rumours were circulating about who could replace him, with Dermot O’Leary or Alison Hammond, who currently present Friday’s show, both being firm favourites.
Alison had great chemistry with Holly when she stepped in for Phil during his brother Tim's trial and has already impressed Channel 4 bosses, who gave her the Great British Bake Off gig.
Phil, meanwhile, will be given just one primetime show to host solo on ITV and it's likely to be either Dancing on Ice, The Cube or 5 Gold Rings.
