Holly Willoughby was among the many celebrities to pay tribute to the Queen at Buckingham Palace following her sad death on Thursday afternoon.
The This Morning host, 41, shared a rare photograph of her children laying flowers down outside the palace as a mark of respect to Her Majesty, whose death has saddened the entire nation.
The much-loved TV star, who shares children Harry, 13, Belle, 11, and seven-year-old Chester with husband Dan Baldwin, delighted her eight million Instagram followers by sharing the poignant snap which saw her youngsters pay their respects to late Queen Elizabeth.
Alongside the snap which saw endless flowers, gifts, and cards, laid on the ground outside Buckingham Palace, Holly penned: "Time to reflect and pay our respects. The children wrote the most beautiful words."
Holly's heartwarming post clearly struck a chord with her adoring followers, as they flocked to shower her photo with love.
"This is one of the loveliest things I have seen since Thursday. You've brought up your wonderful kids so well," gushed one fan.
"The Queen would be proud of how the children of our nation have acted since her passing. She's all they have ever known. Thank you for this beautiful photo," another echoed.
"This has made me tear up again. I miss her so much," someone else commented.
"Can't believe she's gone! This is so wonderful Holly. Wish we could see what your lovely children wrote to her," another added.
Holly's touching Instagram photo comes three days after she posted her own sweet tribute to the Queen.
Alongside a series of photos of the UK's longest-serving monarch, Holly wrote: "Thank you for your lifetime of service and humble commitment to duty. You really were the best of us, you never let us down."
Holly's post comes shortly after King Charles confirmed the day of the Queen's state funeral is to be a bank holiday.
The ceremony will take place at Westminster Abbey and will start at 11am, following a four-day period where the Queen will lie in state at Westminster Hall.
Details of how the public can attend Westminster Hall are expected to be released in the coming days.
