Holly Willoughby shares five tips on how she looks so fresh every morning on TV

Holly Willoughby greets the nation every morning on her daily ITV show and always looks incredible. This Morning fans often question her on how she appears so fresh-faced despite getting up early.

The presenter has now shared her five tips for looking impeccable seven days a week. These include cold showers, face masks, a good cuppa tea, candles, some meditation and some basic ‘wake-up’ makeup magic for her eyes.

Posting on Instagram, the star said: "I’ve perfected my wake-up/makeup routine over the years to refresh my face, body (and mind) ahead of going LIVE to the nation most mornings. It’s a tried and tested mix of cold showers, face masks, a good cuppa tea, candles, some meditation and some basic ‘wake-up’ makeup magic for my eyes.'

"I’m on my 6th tube of Beautypie Oxygen Instant Facial Re-fuelling Mask which you can literally feel working and love slapping on a thick layer of this Swiss-made icon on my journey to the studio."

She also admitted that she rarely leaves the house without her Superluminous Under Eye Genius corrector and Everyday Great Skin Concealer, which are 'incredibly eye-brightening, moisturising and help to cover a multitude of sins'.

And for shoppers hunting for skin care products, Boots has recently launched a 'world first' range. The No7 Future Renew damage reversal serum claims to reverse visible signs of skin damage in four weeks, including the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, uneven tone and texture, dry skin, and less elastic and firm-feeling skin. In research conducted by No7, users of the day and night creams reported results of more supple, healthier, brighter skin in just one week.

Users of the serum said it reduced the appearance of skin lines and wrinkles after four weeks. The damage reversal SPF40 day cream, night cream and serum cost £34.95 each (with the 50ml serum costing £42.95) and the eye serum is priced at £24.95.
