Holly Willoughby shares disaster as she returns home from This Morning

Holly Willoughby had a surprise when she returned home from This Morning.

The TV presenter, 40, revealed on Instagram that her garden had been dug up and her flowers removed from their pots. However, the culprit wasn't hard to find as her dog Bailey was covered in soil.

Posting a video on Instagram, mischievous Bailey's coat was no longer golden and her snout was covered in mud. Looking guilty, Bailey cowered her head when Holly entered the garden.

She then showed her empty garden bed with her patio covered in soil. Holly captioned the post: "Bailey!!!!!!"

Her followers found the debacle hilarious, one said: " She looks like she attempted a dog make up session inspired by a Dalmatian."

Former footballer Alan Shearer commented several crying with laughter emojis and three love heart eyes. Another said: "Joys and fun of having a dog."

And a fourth added: "Her little face she knows she's done wrong she cant look you in the eye bless her." Bailey has previously caused trouble in Holly's household. Earlier this year, he 'ate' Holly's vacuum.

Holly was putting her Dyson together but Bailey grabbed the parts and chewed them. Shaming her pet on Instagram, Bailey could be seen lying in front of the damaged appliance. Holly said: "Dyson update... my dog ate my hoover."
