Holly Willoughby scolded her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield on the ITV series on Wednesday, after a Covid joke.
Phil finally returned to the daytime show, a week after testing positive for coronavirus.
This week he finally tested negative for the virus and got the okay to return to the show, after missing This Morning and Dancing On Ice all of last week.
But Holly quickly scolded Phil on the show after his comeback, as he joked he was "still positive" before clarifying he was having viewers on.
Phil was telling fans about a guest coming up on the ITV show, who he was a huge fan of.
He detailed: "Also we should say if you are a Formula One fan, it's not on that list but Lando Norris is here, I can't wait."
Holly then mocked him saying: "That's why you are back," leading to Phil quipping: "It's the only reason I am back, I am still positive actually..."
As Phil erupted into giggles, a stunned Holly shouted out: "Don't even joke about that! Joke... it's a serious joke! I almost heard Twitter catch on fire, it's an inferno."
Phil then spoke to camera to insist it wasn't true at all, repeating "joke, joke" a number of times while laughing.
While the backstage crew were heard giggling too, Phil appeared to cause chaos as he said: "You should hear them out there!"
Holly also joked that she risked an angry response from viewers earlier on in the show, following Phil's return.
Phil had said: "I'm bulletproof for 90 days allegedly," after testing negative, with Holly soon slapping him across the arms.
She then teased: "I'll do that, that's my beginning bit. Let's see if we get a very angry email now. We'll work up to licking."
Phil erupted into giggles, before asking: "How long do you reckon? We should point out ages ago, months ago, Holly said when we can finally sit together I'm going to lick your face."
This Morning airs weekdays at 10am on ITV.
