Holly Willoughby rivals Gwyneth Paltrow as she launches raunchy sex guide

Holly Willoughby is set to rival Gwyneth Paltrow as the television star launches her own raunchy sex guide.

The presenter who often appears on This Morning has previously challenged Gwyneth's lifestyle brand Goop when she launched her own collection of crystals and candles earlier this year.

Now, the 41-year-old has gone one step further and is vowing to help women who are struggling in the bedroom with some rather raunchy advice.

Holly's website for her wellness brand Wylde Moon has delved into the five most common sex problems – including a woman's sex drive not being as high as their partner's and struggles with orgasms.

On Holly's website, sexual healing coach Amy White writes: "The number one rule is to step away from the goal of orgasm. Pressure is a massive passion killer, take the focus off an 'end goal' and try focusing simply on pleasure instead.

"I call this the 'pleasure not pressure' technique. Focus on sensations in your body – this could be alone at first, or with your partner – find out what you enjoy.

"You might find orgasm happens spontaneously when you're able to better tune into your body."

Amy goes on to explain that while people often "pretend to feel a certain way", you're denying your body the pleasure of a natural orgasm.

The presenter adds that those struggling to achieve the sensational climate need to "detach themselves from the reality" and speak out if they're not enjoying the moves of their partner.

"In most cases, in order to orgasm there has to be a feeling of trust and safety," she says.

Meanwhile, Holly's dreams recently came true as it came to light that she has a rather famous fan.

During a recent appearance on Louis Theroux's new BBC2 series, legendary actress Dame Judi Dench wore a necklace from Holly's Wylde Moon collection.

Taking to Instagram and sharing a snap, Holly penned: "Utterly blown away to be watching @louistheroux new series Louis Theroux Interviews... Dame Judi Dench and spotting my @wyldemoon x @kirstielemarque diamond lucky star crescent necklace...

"Dream come true," alongside emojis of a crescent moon and lucky stars.

Holly launched Wylde Moon in September 2021 but it's believed that the idea came to her while she was presenting I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2018.

It's believed that the presenter discovered spirituality while in Australia and now enjoys bathing in the moon rather than the sun while she's abroad.

The Daily Star quoted Holly as saying: "I've always been fascinated with the moon, space, shooting stars and looking up.

"On holiday, I spend more time on the sun lounger at night than during the day, the moon is always there – like the sun– no matter where you are in the world."
