Holly Willoughby made her return to This Morning on Thursday after three weeks off.
The 40-year-old has been away to present Wim Hof's Superstar Survival alongside comedian Lee Mack - flying back to the UK at weekends to film Dancing On Ice alongside Phillip Schofield
The new show puts celebrities through their paces as they tackle "death defying" challenges.
Wim Hof, who goes by the name The Iceman, is a Dutch motivational speaker and extreme athlete well-known for his ability to endure extreme temperatures.
Rochelle Humes has been standing in for Holly while she was away in Europe, while Vernon Kay and Alison Hammond have had to fill in for Phillip Schofield - after he tested positive for coronavirus on Monday.
Now, Holly is back - and as usual, she has shared a snap of her outfit from the studio, ahead of the show commencing.
Looking away from the camera, Holly poses with her hands in the air, wearing a pink midi dress from Beulah London.
The fit and flare dress features button and collar detailing, and is cinched with a belt at the waist.
Holly has paired the outfit with some camel court shoes, and her hair falls in soft waves around her face.
The mum-of-three said she will be joined by Josie Gibson for Thursday's instalment of the daytime programme.
Captioning her post on Instagram, she said: "Morning Thursday… oh it’s good to be back… joined by the sunshine herself @josiegibson85 today…
"See you on @thismorning at 10am…"
