Holly Willoughby 'makes no apologies' as she shares 'cheesy' insight into her family life

Holly Willoughby has said she 'make no apologies' as she shared a rare insight into her family life. The presenter was back at the helm of This Morning on Monday (November 14) with another jam-packed show alongside Phillip Schofield.

But after her time on-screen ended, Holly turned her focus to her second job. Following her brief stint hosting I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here in 2018, Holly was inspired to launch her venture away from the small screen. Wylde Moon is a lifestyle website that explores topics from "beauty and fashion to energy and healing" but also features its own boutique where Holly has launched perfumes, as well as candles and a reed diffuser, and sparkling 12-piece jewellery collection alongside Kirstie Le Marque.

While Holly said at the time of the brand's launch that she’s 'always been fascinated with the moon, space, shooting stars and looking up', she became inspired by sound baths when she headed to Australia to host I’m A Celebrity.

And while her older sister, Kelly, is managing director, Holly is fully involved in her business and after This Morning, got to work on her latest email for her subscribers. "How is it Monday evening again?! I’m not sure about you, but the days and weeks are seriously blurring into one," the 41-year-old typed.

"This week we’re under the wing of the Waning Crescent Moon, a regenerative moon phase which reminds us to step off the hamster wheel and replenish our energy stores, before it all starts again. Easier said than done though, I know!" She shared how it's "easy to succumb to feeling frantic and frazzled at this time of year," but shared how she is combating those feelings herself.

"This weekend I was reminded about the practice of gratitude and the gravity it can hold," she went on. "By that, I mean remembering to take little moments during the day..."

Sharing what she was grateful for following her first day at work of the week, the mum-of-three penned: "As Monday draws to a close, I thought I’d share some of the little things I’ve been grateful for today. The cup of tea Dan made for me to take to work before anyone else was up; taking Bailey for a walk in the sunshine rather than the rain; seeing photos of my sister’s Christmas decorations she put up this weekend, the moment one of the kids announced over dinner I had to check their hair for rats tonight (I think they mean nits – I blame I’m a Celebrity!)…and the fact that tonight’s dinner is mainly made up from yesterday’s roast leftovers so fuss-free and easy!"

Holly then added: "However cheesy this all may sound, I make no apologies. In the madness of life, it’s so important to appreciate the little moments and I’d love to hear about yours."

While known for her glam wardrobe on This Morning and Dancing On Ice, over the weekend, TV star Holly cut a more casual figure as she chilled out at home with her family. Holly, who has three children Harry, 13, Belle, 11, and Chester, eight, with her husband Dan Baldwin, beamed for the camera as she posed with a fruity drink in her hand. "Happy Friday…" she wrote as she shared a snap on her Instagram as she raised her orange beverage.

She looked fresh-faced as she showed off her glowing complexion with minimal makeup and bare lips. Holly donned a cosy grey sweatshirt for her night in. Holly also shared a rare photo on her Instagram Stories of one of her sons as they shared a hug, saying: "Friday nights look like this." She added a pink love heart to the sweet snap.
