Holly Willoughby jumped into the pool at the London Aquatics Centre fully clothed on Tuesday evening at the end of The Games live show.
The This Morning presenter, 41, threw caution to the wind and dove in alongside fellow presenter Freddie Flintoff after the celebs had competed in the Olympic pool.
Holly doused her chic navy blue blazer and matching Karen Millen shorts in chlorine as she embraced her fun side.
The Games presenters were seen giggling poolside before they pulled themselves out and shared a hug.
This comes after TV viewers have been left divided by Holly’s appearance on the new ITV reality show, which alongside her appearance on another celeb reality show on the BBC.
The presenter was hosting the pre-recorded Freeze The Fear with Lee Mack on the BBC, whilst she also had the helm of live ITV show The Games alongside the former cricketer.
Fans tuning into TV on Tuesday who wanted to see Holly on their screens could choose between ITV and BBC at the 9pm timeslot as the two shows clashed after The Games made its debut this week.
Viewers in the UK were divided by Holly's double appearance - with some loving it and others not so keen.
"Freeze The Fear & The Games so that’s Holly Willoughby on BBC and ITV at the same time, I don’t know about anyone else but I’m sick of seeing her on nearly every show and also the Ads!!!" one TV fan wrote.
A second viewer added: "Turn over five minutes into “The Games” as I can’t bear another second of that tripe only to find Holly Willoughby grinning inanely at me from BBC1 too. Please God spare us."
"Overdose of Holly Willoughby tonight The Games Freeze The Fear," a third shared, with a fourth writing: "BBC & ITV going head to head tonight with two of Holly Willoughby's shows..."
However, others were happy to see Holly on both channels, with one writing: “HOLLY YOU BABE!! such a nice person. I am gonna miss Freeze The Fear so much. You are brilliant on this show so much care. Ignore any haters you are brilliant and so kind. You deserve all your success.”
