Holly Willoughby forced to intervene as Phillip Schofield causes chaos on This Morning

Holly Willoughby was forced to intervene following an innuendo-filled segment on This Morning.

Dr Scott Miller was on the show today discussing how to prepare your pet for a holiday. The segment started smoothly as Dr Miller urged viewers to make sure they have the correct paperwork for their pet when entering a foreign country.

But things soon descended into chaos when Phillip Schofield made a very random remark. Phil said: "I'm so glad you said that because I've been trapped at home with my ferret for months now and I've not been able to travel anywhere."

Dr Miller burst into a fit of laughter, and warned Phil to "stop it", while Holly tried to move the conversation on.

Holly said: "If your pet has never travelled before is that different?" However, Dr Miller couldn't control his laughter and apologised for being unable to speak.

Holly squealed: "Stop thinking about ferrets", before repeating her question.

Dr Miller said: "Phil's ferret, that's going to trend."

Phil interjected: "Phil's travelling ferret."

Dr Miller said: "That's the one, they're the best kind."

Holly scolded the pair and said: "You two."
