Holly Willoughby falls down stairs in final Celebrity Juice as panel watch on in horror

Holly Willoughby took a stumble while filming the last ever episode of Celebrity Juice.

The show, hosted by Keith Lemon, will be coming to an end as the final episode will air on ITV2 tonight. Former team captains Holly and Fearne Cotto will return as well as Laura Whitmore, Emily Atack, Maya Jama, Big Narstie, Chris Ramsey, Will Mellor, Joey Essex and some surprise guests.

In a trailer released ahead of Thursday's episode, viewers can see the This Morning host falling down the stairs after taking part in one of the challenges. Holly, 41, can be seen wrestling for a piece of cardboard which she needs to stick to a desk but ends up slipping and falling over, reports the Mirror.

In the clip, as she wrestles for the piece of carboard she ends up falling on her back on the stairs and narrowly avoids falling into the lap of an audience member. As Holly falls, Emily Atack and Will Mellor look concerned but Holly is fine and carries on with the game.

Keith has promised the final episode will be fun - but admits he did get emotional as the show wrapped after 26 series.

"It's a lot of fun and I got a bit emotional at the end. I don't think that bit is in. I was in like some kind of emotional bubble. It was a bit like a dream, but I was trying to cherish the day. I came off stage and just hugged my wife and teared up," he said.

"It's making me tear up now just thinking about it. It was a great ending and we just played all the classic games. And of course, there was a T-Rex there! Gotta have a T-Rex on ya last show haven't ya? And do ya know what I thought I'd be cool about it."

And speaking about the possibility of it - or something similar - returning, he added: "It ran for a long time and came to its natural end. I'd love to do the odd special or some kind of live thing that's in a similar vein to Juice. It was so fun. But who knows?"

Keith thinks the success of the show was down to its "naughtiness" and the genuine bond between the panel. He added: "It was rude, naughty, not everyone's cuppa but at its core there was a lot of heart in that show. The crew that worked on it were amazing. When me Holly and Fearne first got together we didn't really know each other.

"Well Holly and Fearne were already mates obviously. But I guess it was the chemistry between us. We were like this dysfunctional family and each found our roles really quickly. Kelly Brook stood in for Fearne and she's a mate, I did a film with her."

He added: "Paddy did a series as a captain and he's a proper mate, and Mel B! Another mate. And then Emily and Laura came in who I've been mates with for years. It was all about friends having a fun time and I think people enjoy watching people having fun. I'll miss it loads and I'll miss meeting all of those wonderful guests that we had on over the years."

Celebrity Juice: The Happy Ending will air on Thursday at 10pm on ITV2.
