Holly Willoughby explains what tonight's Snow Moon has in store for us

Holly Willoughby has explained what tonight's Snow Moon has in store for us, as she urges others to let go of their inhibitions.

The 41-year-old This Morning presenter launched her Wylde Moon brand last year, and she releases a new edition of her e-magazine and podcast - By The Light of the Moon - to coincide with the full moon each month.

To celebrate the full moon on 16 February, Holly has urged her fellow astrology lovers to embrace the power of the Leo moon and fulfil their goals.

“Welcome to Wylde Moon in February, where the Snow Moon rises in majestic Leo placing emphasis on self-expression, creativity and confidence.

“Now is the time to let your inhibitions fall, be brave and share your passions with the world. The universe has got you and it’s full of positivity out there!” she wrote on Wylde Moon’s Instagram Stories.

Holly also shared a post about the celestial event, and she said the February edition of Wylde Moon would be focused on the senses.

“Welcoming this month's Full "Snow Moon" with our much anticipated February Edition,” Holly wrote.

She touched upon the launch of her first-ever perfume, called (borrowed from) The Wild, and promised her Wylde “energy expert” would help readers unlock their “elusive 6th sense”.

Holly also teased her interview with This Morning co-star Alison Hammond, as she told her followers the episode would “touch the heart and make you chuckle”.

“And not to mention our mutual love of a Terry's Chocolate Orange...I would give her my core anytime and that I don’t say lightly!” she joked.

The mum-of-three previously spoke about her new lifestyle and wellness brand, and while she understood people wouldn’t react well to Wylde Moon, she no longer cared about their opinions.

“I'm not afraid of the reaction to it anymore. If it doesn’t fit with what your thoughts and expectations of me are, well then there’s nothing I can do about it,” she told Grazia.

Holly also spoke about the comparisons to Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop brand, and said the Oscar-winning actress hugely impacted her project.

“Now everybody talks about eating organically and wellness and it’s part of the conversation that’s happening,” Holly said.

“I think Gwyneth really was paramount to bringing that into the mainstream.”
