Holly Willoughby enjoys break from This Morning

Holly Willoughby fans had to look twice as the TV personality shared a picture of what she was getting up to during her time off work.

Some fans thought she appeared to be "floating" as she amazed them with her impressive yoga skills as she is taking a break from her normal presenting role on ITV's This Morning.

Hanging upside down, suspended by some aerial ribbon, Holly posed in an inverted butterfly yoga position in the image posted on her business, Wylde Moon's, Instagram page.

Holly looked 'zen' and at ease in the outdoor yoga studio as she closed her eyes and clasped her hands to her heart in prayer.

The star looked comfortable as she donned a pair of black leggings and a plain white t-shirt as she went makeup-free for the intense yoga session.

The page captioned the image, as they wrote: "Our founder @hollywilloughby looking extremely zen in the Inverted Butterfly yoga position.

"This position is said to boost circulation, promote healing and help detoxify tissue. And as an added bonus, it effortlessly (some may say) decompresses the spine!"

Fans were more than impressed with Holly's yoga skills and shared their comments.

One fan, Claire, joked: "Ahhhh, that’s why she’s not on my tv this week, she’s stuck!"

Laurence said: "Wow! This is amazing Holly!! X"

Romilly said: "Such a great pic and an incredibly good pose."

Stephanie said: "Thought Holly was floating in this pic until I looked closely!"

It comes as Holly is currently taking two weeks off her presenting duties on This Morning to focus on filming for the new BBC show Wim Hof's Superstar Survival.

Holly is also kept busy with presenting this year's Dancing On Ice series alongside her This Morning co-star, Phillip Schofield.
