This Morning host Holly Willoughby broke down in tears on Tuesday's show as she spoke to a dementia patient with an incredible talent.
Paul Harvey, 80, and his son Nick appeared on the show after they rose to fame as Paul is able to play stunning piano pieces when given four random notes to use.
Paul has dementia but is still able to create beautiful music that has now been used by the BBC Philharmonic Orchestra for a charity single to raise money for the Alzhiemer's Society and Music for Dementia.
As Holly and her co host Phillip Schofield listened to Paul play, Holly burst into tears and apologised as she ducked down to grab some tissues.
"It was a great honour that they were involved," Paul said of the musicians who helped out with the charity single.
"Every time I hear that arrangement was done by them, I well up a bit, I get a bit emotional, it's a very special arrangement."
"So does Holly - we've lost her again!" exclaimed Phil as Holly sobbed.
"I am so embarrassed i don't know what's happened, it just won't stop! Sorry.
"That's alright, that's okay!" Phil comforted her.
"I am going to get my box of tissues, hold on!" said Holly as she ducked down.
Paul played once more live on the show, and the studio erupted into appaluse.
"That was beautiful, well done," said Holly
Paul and Nick said they are incredibly close, and that their shared love of music is a huge aspect of their relationship.
"If he is having one of his bad days, nothing is more healing than music, with dad," said Nick.
One viewer tweeted: "Just like Holly, I'm getting on emotional here. Just incredible to see this composer with dementia defying the odds, playing the piano with such ease. What a guy.
"Glad to hear Paul Harvey & the BBC Philharmic Orchestra got to number 1 on iTunes too. #thismorning ".
Another wrote: "Literally cannot stop the tears. So beautiful @thismorning #ThisMorning ".
"Omg!! Paul’s four notes had me in tears! Just added it to my playlist! #beautiful #ThisMorning," gushed a third.
