Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby were left with their mouths wide open when they found themselves stopped in their tracks on This Morning. The presenting duo were back at the helm of the ITV daytime programme on Wednesday (February 8) and had another packed show on their hands.
The pair kicked off the show by chatting to Vanessa Feltz who emotionally spoke about her recent split from her partner Ben Ofoedu. She told fans the pair's relationship ended in a video posted to Instagram over the weekend.
Vanessa told her followers that she was "shocked" and "incredibly sad" as she addressed her and Ben's split after 16 years together. In a frank video message, the This Morning regular said the trust had been broken in their relationship with Ben, who shot to fame as one half of the dance duo Phats & Small in 1998 with the massive hit Turn Around.

After speaking to Holly and Phillip, Vanessa later returned for a phone-in on heartbreak. The latest edition of the programme also saw the hosts joined by James Middleton, the brother of the Princess of Wales, who opened up about the loss of his pet dog, Ella, who he credits for 'saving his life'.
And there was also all the usual segments with a celebrity chat with actress Gemma Arterton who spoke about her new Sky comedy series, Funny Woman, while Paul Ainsworth was in the kitchen serving up his tasty piri-piri chicken.
But despite the earlier talk of heartbreak, at the end of the show, Holly, 41, and Phillip, 60, were joined by Steve Wilson who was on showcase the finest gifts to impress your other half this Valentine's Day which included a LEGO bouquet, jewellery, candles, and even a pork pie.
However, prior to the segment, Holly called out Phillip as it appeared that he had already been mooching over the display and nicked some chocolates from the heart-shaped box ready to be presented by Steve.
And when it came to that item on his list, Phillip remarked: "I don't know what's happened here," as Steve said;" There's supposed to be 72 in there but there's 67 because you two were in here earlier [and] have eaten them."
At this point, Holly had another chocolate in her hand which she claimed was "one of the nicest things I've ever eaten!" But Steve then dropped the price of the box on the pair. "Oh no," Holly exclaimed as Stev continued: "These are from a Swiss chocolatier. These are the Rolls Royce of chocolates.
"They start from £5.90 for the littles ones here but this massive box that you've already delved into is £133." Holly appeared wide-eyed as a concerned Phillip asked: "Have we got to pay for this?" Steve pointed out that the chocolates they had already eaten amounted to £9.20.
"No!" Holly exclaimed as Phillip stood with his eyes wide and mouth open. "£1.84 a chocolate," Steve confirmed as both the hosts that stated: "No!" before popping more chocolates in their mouths. But This Morning viewers weren't impressed.
@Mr_Bad_Guy_ complained: "People struggling to pay for food, pay for gas and electric and the show going on about chocolate worth £133 Unbelievable!!!!" @FlopsyPickle commented: "Those chocolates are obscenely expensive #ThisMorning." @Mabel_Mouse_ wrote: "£133 for a box of chocolates?
