Holland and Barrett has recalled a product after discovering the food poisoning bug.
Holland and Barrett Hulled Sesame Seeds have now been recalled amid fears of salmonella contamination, with customers advised not to eat them.
The batch affected is number 158674, which is 125g and has a best before end date of September 2022.
Only bags with both this batch number and best before end date are affected.
Salmonella can cause serious stomach upset.
Holland and Barrett said: "We would like to reassure you that no other Holland & Barrett products are affected by this issue.
"As part of our rigorous health and safety process we check the quality and safety of each and every batch of our products, and so we can very quickly react to make sure any issues are swiftly dealt with.
"Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused."
