Motorists are experiencing delays due to holiday traffic in various parts of the state.
In the north:
- At Beresfield, northbound traffic is heavy on John Renshaw Drive and the M1 Pacific Motorway, while the New England Highway is heavy through Tarro.
- From the Hexham Bridge to Tomago and Heatherbrae, northbound traffic on the Pacific Highway is heavy.
- In Coffs Harbour, northbound traffic is heavy on the Pacific Highway.
In the south:
- In Bomaderry and Nowra, southbound traffic on the Princes Highway is heavy.
- Approaching Milton, southbound traffic is also heavy on the Princes Highway and in both directions through Ulladulla.
In Sydney:
- At Wahroonga, Pennant Hills Road is heavy northbound. Northbound traffic is also heavy on the M1 Pacific Motorway from Wahroonga to Mount Colah.
- From Campbelltown to Menangle Park, southbound traffic is heavy on the Hume Motorway.
West of Sydney:
- At Glenbrook, Great Western Highway is heavy westbound.
- At Hazlebrook, the Great Western Highway is also heavy westbound.
Motorists travelling over the holiday period are advised to plan their trips, allow extra travel time and take regular breaks.
