Pennant Park Golf Club & Holiday Park in Whitford, near Holywell, has been placed on the market with Savills. Just an hour's drive away from Merseyside, the holiday park has 58 bases developed over three phase.
There is also planning permission in place for a total of 73 units.

No price is quoted for the 111.94 acres site in Holywell, Flintshire.
