A “LUXURY” holiday resort on the picturesque banks of Loch Lomond have gone up for sale.
The 5-star resort has 17 self-catering units, which consist of varying lodge and apartment type holiday homes, hit the market this week.
The lodges are located near the shore of Loch Lomond in the village of Balmaha and have been “hugely popular” with visitors to the area, as they boast several amenities including private hot tubs.
Loch Lomond and The Trossachs is one of Scotland’s most popular countryside destinations attracting around 4 million visitors every year.
WGY Group developed the Balmaha Lodges over the past seven years and are selling the property and business to “concentrate on other business interests”.

Graham + Sibbald and Smith & Clough Business Associates are acting as joint agents with the sale of the business and are inviting offers over £2,950,000 for the Balmaha Lodges.
