This is the terrifying moment a family campervan burst into flames at a petrol station in a popular seaside resort today.
The American-style Hurricane motor home caught fire as the driver filled it up at the pump.
The blaze completely destroyed the front cabin and gutted the vehicle in front of horrified spectators before firefighters could extinguish it.
Black plumes of smoke could be seen for miles around the Morrison's station in Weymouth, Dorset, as families headed to the town for the summer holidays.
Three engines tackled the fire in Weymouth with hoses as police directed cars out of the station and closed off the road.
Firefighters were called to the fire just after 9am and within an hour the blaze was put out.
It is thought the occupants managed to escape unharmed.
A spokesperson from DWFRS said: "We were called at 9.11am this morning to Dorchester Road, Weymouth.
"Two crews from Weymouth and one from Dorchester attended the incident which involved a campervan fire within the fuel pump area of a petrol station.
"Six breathing apparatus wearers used main lines and a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire - our stop came at 10.11am.
"Crews will remain on scene to dampen down and check the roof of the petrol station for any hotspots."
It comes after a massive fire tore through a residential street in Reading, destroying several houses.
People living on Red Cottage Drive in Calcot were evacuated shortly after the fire broke out and the alarm was raised during the early hours of Friday morning.
Thames Valley Police said a number of residential properties have been destroyed by the large-scale blaze.
According to the website uksocialhousing.co.uk, there are thought to be 49 registered social housing properties in the area.
Royal Berkshire Fire & Rescue Service, South Central Ambulance Service and Thames Valley Police all attended the scene and Red Cottage Drive was completely closed off.
No serious injuries have been reported so far but residents continued to be evacuated from the scene.
The cause of the fire is not yet known.

Residents who live locally but not in the immediate vicinity were being urged to keep their doors and windows closed while the emergency services dealt with the incident.
Any displaced residents were urged to head to the Calcot Infant School, which was being set up as a triage centre.
Police advised the residents, upon arrival at the triage centre, to inform assistants what property they were from, whether their vehicles remained on Red Cottage Drive, any medication they may require and if any pets had been left at their home addresses.
