Hamilton the musical is set to make its first showing at the Bord Gais Energy Theatre in Dublin next year.
The highly-popular musical, loosely based on the story of American founding father Alexander Hamilton, has previously played out in packed-out theatres in big cities such as London and New York.
Hamilton has scheduled to go on a nine week run of dates, which will include Dublin, starting on September 17.

The Irish theatre has previously hinted at the news on social media accounts, with a mysterious post yesterday on Instagram adorning the hashtag, 'Wait For It', which is one of the hit songs from the show, Dublin Live reported.
Ecstatic fans commented underneath the Bord Gais Energy Theatre's post on Instagram.
Several quirky quips born from the musical's most beloved tunes featured in people's immediate reactions online.
One fan said: "I think this is when we revert back to our 2016 selves." Another person wrote: "I want to be in the room where it happens."
Dates for Dublin showings form part of the musical's upcoming UK and Irish tour. Hamilton has never before toured Irish venues, marking its very own premiere and debut next year, which fans cannot seem to wait for.
Bookings and tickets for the Dublin run are expected to take place on April 28, at 9am.
