A three-bedroom, historic property could be all yours without spending a penny.
But there is a small catch - you have to move it across town.
The house at 602 N 2nd Street in Lincoln, Kansas, US has been there since 1910.
However the plot is set to be used by a hospital across the street.
So rather than tear the house down, the Lincoln County Hospital & Healthcare Foundation is giving it away.
Rather unnervingly, the listing describes the property as "in much better condition than the street view would suggest."
The property has 2,023 sq. ft of space set across two floors – including a large living room with fireplace, parlour, dining room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor with a wood staircase leading to three large bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs.
If you bag this property, you would be support by a $30,000 grant to help with the relocation of the house, thanks to the Lincoln County Economic Development Foundation.
There are also several "free" vacant plots available in town that could be appropriate locations to move the house – meaning both the building and land would cost nothing.
The listing reads: "The entire house has enough woodwork to make anyone swoon with wood floors and all oak and pine trim is in original condition.
“The house is solid and has been occupied up until a few years ago.
"A tour of the interior would prove the house is far from requiring demolition.
"The biggest issue is with the existing stone foundation which would be solved with the house moved to another location and placed on a new foundation.
"The exterior needs work but a new owner could still live in the house and tackle exterior improvements in phases if needed."
If the house is not moved by the end of this year, it will likely be demolished - so time is ticking.
The committee working on the sale of the house would like to find a new owner soon to allow the new foundations to be built and arrangements to be made before time runs out.
Although the building and land will be available free of charge, the new owners will need to consider the costs of moving and upgrading the house, which are expected to be at least $150,000 (£144,000).
In terms of deciding who bags the house, the listing says: "We were not prepared for the outpouring of interest so this question is something we are still sorting out.
"We hope to have a better answer in the next week or two".
