According to Rightmove, homes in West Kirby had an overall average price of £406,800 over the last year. Most of the sales in West Kirby during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £359,950.
Detached properties sold for an average of £673,206, with flats fetching £229,457. Overall, sold prices in West Kirby over the last year were 6% up on the previous year and 23% up on the 2019 peak of £329,765.
