Hisense soundbars: elevating your cinematic immersion

Hisense.

When it comes to enjoying a TV show or movie, a good picture is only half the battle. How the content sounds is just as important. That’s why we always recommend you pair your TV with a decent soundbar or surround system for the best experience possible.

Surround sound systems offer great immersion, but for many people, a soundbar is a more practical option. No matter what your budget, if you’re looking for a way to enhance your TV’s sound, Hisense has a superb soundbar to suit you.

If your budget is more Cricklewood than Hollywood, the HS214 will be right up your street. It packs 108W of power, elevating your audio game and unlocking parts of the soundtrack you never knew existed.

Despite costing just £89, it has a feature set many pricier soundbars would envy. There’s a built-in subwoofer to take care of bass, Dolby Digital Audio bringing multichannel audio and a three-mode equaliser so you can fine-tune the sound exactly how you like.

The HDMI port provides a robust connection to your TV, but you can also connect your phone, tablet or computer to it over Bluetooth and play music, radio and podcasts through the speakers. It’s small enough to sit under your TV without blocking the picture, and it has plenty of connections if you prefer to go the wired route.

Pair it with the Hisense A6 4K for a home cinema experience that doesn’t break the bank.

Hisense HS2100: a step up soundbar

If you want to step up your home cinema audio, the Hisense HS2100 is the way to do it. Packing an impressive 240W of total power, it will have no problem filling even the biggest of rooms with sound. And DTS Virtual:X is onboard too, for virtual surround sound – that means the audio will come at you from all directions, and without cluttering your lounge with speakers (and snaking cables).

It comes with its own subwoofer that connects wirelessly to the soundbar, so you don’t have to worry about mess. The standalone sub packs even more power than a built-in one, giving your movies and TV shows that extra bit of bass that will really make those action scenes and soundtracks sing.

Despite all this power, it’s still a compact offering, fitting a complete home entertainment system in a bar that sits below your TV. The equaliser has six presets, so you can tune the audio to exactly the content you’re watching. And like the HS214, it has a wealth of connect options, including HDMI ARC, Optical and Aux input and Bluetooth for wireless connectivity, making it one of the most versatile of its kind. Your listening, your way.

If you want to partner it with a mid-range TV, the Hisense A7K has a great feature set for the price.

Hisense AX3120G: the soundbar rebooted

The AX3120G is like the HS2100 rebooted. It has more speakers, more power, more technologies… Basically, it gives you more.

Dolby Atmos is now onboard alongside DTS:X. This brings virtual surround sound to a wider range of content, so there’s a higher likelihood of what you’re watching being compatible. Seven speakers throw out a combined power of 360W – enough to fill the lounge, and quite possibly your neighbour’s too, with sound. And again, there’s a wireless subwoofer on bass duties.

The AX3120G has seven presets to choose from, so you can pick one specific to what you’re watching. And it has all the same connections and wireless technologies as Hisense’s other two soundbars, giving you plenty of choice of how to connect.

Looking for a De Niro to go with this Scorcese? The Hisense U7K TV is the perfect partner in crime.
