Here’s a funny one for Cincinnati Bengals fans.
Lost in all the amazing highlights of the last two games for star wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase is this hilarious bit of mic’d up footage in which he gets the wind knocked out of him while trying to catch a pass.
The play in question happened against the Seahawks in Week 6 before the bye (Chase led the Bengals with six catches for 80 yards).
For whatever reason, be it a mistimed or miscommunicated route, pressure or something else, a pass from Joe Burrow wound up behind Chase and he made a diving readjustment in an effort to reel it in, landing flat on his midsection.
