CHANDIGARH : The Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday turned down the plea of jailed gangster Lawrence Bishnoi against holding his interrogation in Punjab in connection with the killing of Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala as “being not maintainable at this stage”.
When the matter came up for hearing before the HC, the Punjab government informed the court that Bishnoi has not been named in the FIR . Earlier, Bishnoi had approached the Delhi HC for this .Bishnoi’s name had cropped up in connection with the killing.
