AN investigation has been launched after a hidden camera was discovered in the toilets of a hardware store in Glasgow.
Police were called to Screwfix on Nurseries Road on Friday following reports the surveillance equipment had been found in the toilets.
Screwfix head office have issued a statement, saying they are “really concerned” and are assisting investigators.
Enquiries are still ongoing with no arrests made as of yet.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5pm on Friday, March 21, 2025, we received a report of a camera having been discovered in toilets at a premises on Nurseries Road in Glasgow.
"Enquiries are ongoing.”
A spokesperson from Screwfix said: “We are really concerned by this discovery, and we are working with the police to support their investigation.
“As this is ongoing, we’re unable to comment further at this time.”
