Kevin Nisbet is close to departing Hibs for Millwall in a £2million-plus deal with Ryan Porteous likely to join him south of the border in 'cut price' deal, according to a report.
The Hibs star striker has been in red-hot form since he returned to Lee Johnson's side following a long-term spell on the sidelines. He has netted seven goals in seven outings including a hat-trick against Motherwell with the Easter Road man finding his best form. That has perked interest from the English Championship side who had an offer in excess of £1million booted out but have since returned and upped the ante with significantly more cash and add-ons on the table report the Scottish Daily Express.
They say the deal is acceptable to the Hibees but the player is yet to agree terms on a move and is set to travel south of the border for talks over a potential departure from the capital club.

Hibs are in a tricky situation with the Scotland international in the final 18 months of his current deal and believed to not be interest in penning extending terms. Any deal would also provide a cash boost to Scottish League One side Dunfermline who will be keeping a keen eye on developments from the outside.
Nisbet's exit alongside Porteous would come as a major hammer blow to Johnson with the defender, out of contract in the summer, likely to also depart in the coming days. Watford are longt-term admirers and look likely to win the fight for his signature according to the same report.
It's yet to be determined if he will pen a pre-contract and move for free in the summer or if Hibs will accept a cut-price deal now to get some cash in the bank rather than nothing.
The Hibees have already cut a number of fringe men this window and brought in James Jeggo. But it appears significant activity is on the horizon with it remaining to be seen whether the club will reinvest before next week's deadline.
They face a HUGE showdown with Aberdeen this weekend in the Premiership with both sides under pressure following a Scottish Cup exit to capital rivals Hearts and a huge upset by West of Scotland League outfit Darvel in the case of Jim Goodwin's Dons.
