Hibs transfer Deadline Day state of play including Kevin Nisbet, Jonny Williams and Josh Campbell

Another transfer window, another busy day expected at Hibs.

The summer was a crazy time with many deals getting over the line minutes before the deadline and it appears it could be a similar day of drama for ins and outs at Easter Road. Kevin Nisbet is the main focus of attention and after a dramatic U-turn on a move to Millwall the Hibees were confident of keeping him until the summer at least. However, Wigan and Shaun Maloney have emerged and after having a reported bid booted out - that included Josh Campbell - they may well return to the table.

It would take a substantial fee for the capital club to consider doing business with Nisbet to Millwall at the time a reported fee of around £2.4million. The Scottish Sun say that the first bid from the English Championship side was booted into touch, but things can move quick on Deadline Day and it is one Hibees fans will be keeping a keen eye on.

Ewan Henderson is another name linked with a departure and again, Maloney's name is in the frame for that deal. Defensive reinforcements arrived yesterday in the shape of CJ Egan-Riley, but a further experienced option could be targeted today. Ryan Porteous has been sold to Watford while Rocky Bushiri will spend an extended time out on the sidelines.

A name that has emerged as a target is Wales international Jonny Williams. He is currently on the books at Swindon Town but is out of contract in the summer. He has vast of experience in the England having played up and down the leagues while he's picked up plenty of caps for his country and would come with excellent pedigree at 29-years-old.

However, Football Scotland report that an offer has been turned down and the capital club will need to stump up more cash if they are to get a deal over the line today.

The Hibees are in Premiership action later tonight against Ross County with Lee Johnson's line-up likely to get tongues wagging over the future of key stars if they are or are not included in Dingwall. One to keep an eye on.

There has been previous interest in Jake Doyle-Hayes in the window but he appears to be staying put in Leith as things stand.
