Nohan Kenneh has joined Shrewsbury Town on loan.
The Hibs midfielder, 20, will spend the season with the English League One side.
Hibs boss Lee Johnson had hinted at a possible move for the youngster to gain first-team experience.
Kenneh had joined the Hibs squad in training in Marbella before finalising the loan exit.
And after spending time on loan at Ross County last season, Kenneh will look to gain experience with Shrewsbury.
A club statement confirmed: "We can confirm that Nohan Kenneh has joined English League One side Shrewsbury Town on loan.
"The 20-year-old will join the Salop for the 2023/24 campaign to gain regular football.
"A strong defensive midfielder, Nohan joined Hibs in the summer of 2022 and went on to make 19 appearances in all competitions, scoring one goal.
"The youngster impressed in the cinch Premiership on loan with Ross County last season and will now continue his development in the third tier of English football."
Hibs boss Johnson commented: “We believe this loan move is the perfect step for Nohan at this point in his career, in a challenging and physical division.
“We will keep a close eye on his performances, and hope this furthers his development even more.”
