Hibs' hopes of bringing Jonny Williams to Easter Road appear to have been dashed as the midfielder is set to be handed a three-year deal with Bradford City this week, according to reports.
Football Scotland writes that the Welshman is set to join the Bantams despite interest from Lee Johnson, who hoped to tie down the 29-year-old on a deal back in January.
It is understood the player was open to a move to the Scottish Premiership before he was told by then-club Swindon that he could not leave at that time.

Hibs then reignited their interest this summer but it is also reported that the move to sign Brian McDermott into the sporting director role coincided with the club cooling their interest in the ex-Crystal Palace and Charlton star.
Now the West Yorkshire outfit have agreed to sign the playmaker for three years after he snubbed a dramatic swoop from ambitious Wrexham.
The Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney led project has been a roaring success thus far with the side having recently gained promotion to League Two.
It would have seen Williams become a top player in that division, but he will now likely be up against Wrexham as both the Welsh outfit and Bradford do battle for a place in the third tier.
