Israeli authorities responded to reports of direct hits to houses and debris falling in Karmiel and Deir al-Assad, northern Israel, following a barrage of rockets fired by Hezbollah on Saturday. Despite the intensity of the attack, Israel's emergency service Magen David Adom (MDA) reported that they had treated 10 individuals for shock but confirmed no physical injuries.
