Tragically, among those who lost their lives was a 16-year-old boy, as confirmed by Hezbollah. The group released 16 brief statements, each confirming the death of a member, stating that all had perished 'on the road to Jerusalem,' a phrase likely alluding to their involvement in supporting Gaza.
The announcement by Hezbollah followed a series of explosions from walkie-talkies across Lebanon on the same day, resulting in the deaths of at least 20 individuals, according to the country's health ministry. Concurrently, the Israeli military reported targeting multiple Hezbollah 'infrastructure sites' in the southern region of Lebanon.
