Heung-min Son is reluctant to move to Saudi Arabia, amid reported interest from Al-Ittihad in the Tottenham forward.
Al-Ittihad have already signed former Real Madrid captain Karim Benzema on a free transfer this summer and are on the brink of sealing a huge deal for Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante, as part of a drive from top Saudi clubs to recruit some of the biggest stars from European football.
They are now said to be preparing a bid worth over £50million for Son, although Spurs would not be interested in considering any approach for the forward.
The South Korean, who turns 31 next month, is not thought to be interested in a move to the Gulf at this stage of his career, despite Al-Ittihad reportedly being willing to offer him a long-term deal worth in the region of £25m per season.
Son has two years remaining on his Spurs contract and won the Premier League Golden Boot in 2021-22. He struggled to hit the same heights last term but still managed 10 League goals and six assists as Spurs finished eighth.

Former Spurs forward Lucas Moura, who left the club on a free transfer at the end of his contract this month, is also the subject of interest from Saudi clubs.
