Police Scotland tweeted: "When a 25-year-old man was suspected of forcing his way into an Edinburgh address and assaulting his ex-partner Police Scotland Edinburgh officers called for a dog.

"Police dog Oz and his handler were quickly on scene. With Oz tracking him, he was soon found. One in custody."

This comes just days after Oz was tasked with finding a missing dementia patient in Fife. After falling off a coastal path, the 75-year-old was repoted missing in the West Wemyss area.

Oz and his handled searched for hours, before eventually finding the man and bringing him back to his family.
