Here why the Packers will wear all-white uniforms vs. Texans in Week 7

Cold temperatures aren’t the only thing that could be store for the Houston Texans when they travel to Green Bay to take on the Packers this Sunday.

The team known for its harsh weather conditions plans to be decked out while looking “ice cold.”

Unlike most homes, the Packers will use their all-white road uniforms to help debut their new white alternate helmets. The helmet includes a solid white face mask and the traditional dark green Packers G logo on the sides.

The game is being called the “Winter Warning,” and Green Bay is going all out to help with the on-field effect. They’ve asked fans to dress up in all white to create a snow atmosphere and concern for the Texans.

Will it be cold when Houston hits the field? For now, no. Weather is expected to be around 70 degrees at kickoff and won’t drop into the lower 60s until the fourth quarter.

Kickoff is scheduled for noon CT.
