Here’s where Patriots would draft in 2025 after loss to Bills

If the season ended today, the New England Patriots would own the second overall pick of the 2025 NFL draft, following Sunday’s 24-21 loss to the Buffalo Bills.

They currently only trail the New York Giants on the draft board, per Tankathon.com

The Las Vegas Raiders moved up the board after handing the Jacksonville Jaguars a Week 16 loss. Meanwhile, the Patriots dropped their 12th loss of the season on the road against the Buffalo Bills.

The Patriots were competitive against the Bills and even scored 14 unanswered points right out of the gates. On defense, they limited Bills star quarterback Josh Allen to only 154 passing yards and one touchdown. However, it was not enough to upset arguably the best team in football.

New England has two games remaining on their regular season schedule against the Los Angeles Chargers and Bills once again. The final two games will tell a lot about the direction of the Patriots’ franchise moving forward, as well as giving them a concrete draft position.
