In case you didn't know, the Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut is finally coming to the PC. The game was released back in 2020 and made available for the PlayStation 4. Then a year later it was released for the PlayStation 5. With the game coming to a new platform, players can look forward to a new experience and enjoy Jin's journey.
The game is set to be launched on May 16 at 11:00 p.m. EDT. Players can actually now pre-load the game over on Steam.
Legends Co-operative Multiplayer
Legends co-op multiplayer mode is set to feature cross-play between players on PS4, PS5, and the PC. In addition, this mode is going to be functional for the PC starting at launch. The only catch is that PC players won't be automatically matched with players on different platforms.
Cross-play is launching in beta and this means players can try it out by inviting their friends on the PlayStation Network.
Steam Deck Support
Those excited to enjoy the game on handheld gaming devices should be happy to know that it's going to be available on the Steam Deck. Those who have the Steam Deck can take on the single player experience, which includes the Iki Island expansion.

Ghost of Tsushima is an action game that's set in feudal Japan. Players get to take the role of Jin Sakai, a samurai who's risking everything to defend Tsushima from the Mongol invaders that's currently pillaging the land. Players travel the Japanese countryside and not only defend civilians from the invaders but also help them.
In terms of combat, there's sword battles taking place in third person melee and ranged combat. Successful attacks can usually result in dismemberment or decapitation and often accompanied by large blood-splatter effects. There's also the option to use stealth to take out enemies unseen via assassination kills.
