CENTER Parcs has published plans for its first site in Scotland.
A detailed masterplan of the proposed holiday village was shown for the first time on Wednesday during a public consultation meeting in Denholm.
The map features a central indoor water park and village centre, a spa, a "newly created loch", a heritage centre, wildflower meadows, and outdoor activities.
The new holiday village, which has been earmarked for between Selkirk and Hawick, would have up to 700 lodges, with plans also showing what the accommodation could look like.

Meanwhile, a proposed map of the site shows an arrivals building, car parks, a spa, village centre, sports loch, lodges, wildflower meadow, a nature walk, wetlands, and space for outdoor activities.
There will also be a combined nature and heritage centre which will have an adjacent restaurant and coffee shop.

Additional consultation events have been also been planned at Selkirk RFC on April 24 and Hawick RFC on May 20.
Center Parcs has six holiday villages across the UK and Ireland: Sherwood Forest in Nottinghamshire, Elveden Forest in Suffolk, Longleat Forest in Wiltshire, Whinfell Forest in Cumbria, Woburn Forest in Bedfordshire, and Longford Forest in Ireland.
If Scottish Borders Council approve the plans, Center Parcs has said the development could generate up to 800 jobs during construction and up to 1200 permanent jobs once operational.
The total investment in the project is estimated between £350 million and £400m.
