Playoff fever has arrived on the PGA Tour, and the FexEx St. Jude Championship in Memphis kicked off a three-event swing by offering a $20 million purse, with $3.6 million to the winner.
Hideki Matsuyama is taking home the title from the playoff opener, winning by two shots after seeing a five-shot lead evaporate during the final round. He also won with a substitute caddie, as his regular caddie and coach were home in Japan after a robbery prior to the tournament at the London airport.
