One of the most high-profile boxing matchups in recent memory is set for this summer.
Legendary former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson is coming out of retirement for a match on July 20 for his first professional match since 2005. Tyson, who will be 58 years old at the time of the fight, will face internet personality turned professional boxer Jake Paul, who is the betting favorite.
The match will be aired on Netflix and is sure to draw quite a bit of attention. And for fans attending in person, promoters are offering quite the VIP package.
For the low price of $2 million, fans will receive two ringside seats — something Most Valuable Promotions claims has never been offered before in boxing — as well as four seats in both the first and second rows.
VIPs will also receive pre-fight locker room photos with Tyson and Paul, gloves signed by both fighters and accommodations at a luxury penthouse at the hotel where both fighters are staying, per CNBC.
Even if you’re not looking for a $2 million VIP package, tickets to the fight still won’t come cheap. The lowest prices start at $357, with ringside seats going for more than $8,000.
Paul made his boxing debut in 2020, which was also the last time Tyson fought at all, though it was an exhibition. He has fought 10 professional bouts, winning nine of them including six via knockout.
