Here’s how to get NBA League Pass for free just by voting on Jayson Tatum’s shoes

UPDATE: Unfortunately, it looks like the promotion is no longer available. It was too good to be true. Great run, though.

Getting NBA League Pass is always enticing for basketball fans.

Obviously, for me as someone who covers the NBA, it’s necessary to watch as many games as I do. But for someone who is just sort of a casual viewer? Yeah, I could totally understand why you’d pass on it.

It’s a bit expensive and can be buggy at times, which is a bit frustrating when you’re paying more than $200 a year for a product. But don’t worry. You’re in luck.

Because, apparently, just voting on a colorway for Jayson Tatum’s new signature shoes can get you NBA League Pass for free for the next year.

Yes, I’m dead serious. It works. It’s real. I did it myself just to make sure.

Wait, what? Free League Pass? How?

Yes! Seriously. All you have to do is link your NBA and Nike accounts together here to vote on colorways for Jayson Tatum’s next signature shoe.

As a reward, you’ll get NBA league pass.  Go to this page here and click “vote on Jayson Tatum’s All-Star kicks.”

Then what happens after your accounts are linked?

After your accounts are linked and you go to the page to vote on the kicks, you’ll see a page like this:

Simply pick a colorway and you’ll have voted.

And now I have League Pass for free?

You’re almost there, but not quite! You’ll have to click the next link that says “Get League Pass for 12 months.”

Once you click that, you’ll input payment information and it’ll add a promo code that will unlock league pass for you for free. Here’s what that looks like:

And that’s all, folks. It’s real. It’s legit. It’s free NBA League Pass. I’m not sure how long this will last before the NBA realizes that it’s tripping, so if you’re interested in it then hurry. Because I’m almost certain it won’t be there forever.
